2007 Hyundai Sonata Towing

Newbie have a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. They say it can be towed 4 down.
Is there anybody doing this and what are the issues.

I would be leery of this. I had a 2009 Sonata and could not tow 4 down. Had something to do with the transmission. I would suggest you call the manufacturer and talk to tech support. It might just be safer to use a tow dolly if you are going to keep the sonata. Hope it works out for you.

It is only 4 down towable if it has the 5 speed manual transmission.
All automatic ones take a lube pump installed to tow 4 down.
