I've been researching this for some time and had posted a while back in the towing forums. The consensus is that this vehicle can not be towed but it seems that this is due to the "legal" and warranty implications. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of towing a 4wd AT EX-L or a similar Ridgeline? I'm going to hate getting rid of this SUV if it can in fact be towed without damage. The warranty doesn't bother me if I knew it would be all right. I did call Honda Corporate but got the "official" answer with no one knowing if any damage may occur. Remco also makes nothing yet but only because they too are going by Honda's directive I'm told. Thank you

You can try Motorhome Mag they list vehicals that can & cannot be pulled. You might also see it Roadmaster has a Baseplate for the vehical.

Here's my update. With regret, Cat & I traded the Pilot in for a low mileage 2007 CRV that could be towed. The irony was that though the Pilot was newer, bigger, nicer and less miles, the CRV had a higher trade in and book value due to the economy and the recent gas crunch.
Now I'm off to find the base plate.

2005. Honda withdrew its permission to tow in 06, except for the CRV.

Here is the official Honda word on "recreational towing".
