A fellow RV'er mentioned he was having problems with his brand new 2008 Saturn..... battery would be dead after a day of towing. He had pulled a fuse as recommended by the dealer (owners manual says to disconnect battery). There were a lot of fellow RV'ers gathered around his toad (raise the hood and you will bring a crowd and we could all hear a noise under the hood that the owner could not hear). This is what was causing the battery to go dead. What cured the problem? Follow EXACTLY the steps in the owners manual. He was not using the Parking Brake!! (Heck, the toad was connected to the MH why bother with the Parking Brake?)... well, that cured the problem..
Lesson learned: Read and follow the owners manual... Maybe this will help someone else.
