Fantastic, welcome to the world of driving a Jeep, I am sure you will enjoy it very much. Just remember its not a car, and the ride wont be like that of a Cherokee either, my son has one of those, but he has to chauffeur clients around all the time. We test drove the short ones like the CJ, but found we liked the ride of the 4-door better, and sometimes we take friends to places where cars cant go. with the 4-wheel drive and the ground clearance you can do many things, also it sits higher, so stone chips and road grime are not much of an issue either.

Oh and get used to doing the Jeep wave to fellow Jeepers

Cheers !!!!

Thanks for the welcome my wife is scared to get excited yet thinking something will still go wrong with the dealer. We will know this Sat when we get to the pen and paper work and actually see it. They are doing a dealer swap so we haven't seen it yet only the window sticker. Its going to be the dark cherry red to match my stripe on the Coach.

We bought a 2012 2 dr Wrangler the DW said the ride was a little harsh I replaced the shocks with Rancho 9000 XL they are adjustable I set them on setting 2 and it rides much nicer on road. If I go off road I dial them up depending on the condition of the lack of road. If you want to research it further go to the wranglerforum.com and check out what others have said. They not cheap about $400 but worth every cent in ride quality. Some times Rancho runs rebates so if you wait you can get a mail in rebate for the cost of one if you buy 4.

The deal is done and we are enjoying the new Jeep. We are really happy with the ride and how quiet it is. Getting it set up to tow already, ran my light wires and going to order the base plates this week.
Thanks for the tips guys!
