2013 Wrangler Base Plate
I'm the proud new owner of a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited!
Does anyone know if the Blue Ox base plate for the 2012's will fit a 2013?
Obviously I can call Blue Ox on Monday but her it is Saturday afternoon and the suspense is killing me......

It should be the same as '08-'12, they are not making frame changes. Only change that would affect fit would be bumper and bumper mounts like on my '12 COD that had factory installed AEV bumpers and Blue Ox had to make a new fitment for me.
FYI, I have the base plate from my '08 Wrangler Unlimted...

Do a search for "currie baseplate", they are really clean looking when installed (like a skid plate)

I like the look of the Currie baseplate but they will require a phone call on Monday as well. There evidently is some additional tricks for installation on 2012/2013 Wranglers. The other issue may be delivery time. I need to get the Wrangler ready to tow before September 15th.

I went a different route and couldn't be happier. Rather than a base plate purchased a Rock Hard bumper (and the accessory tabs). Works great and looks great.

Teamed it with the Blue Ox Aventa LX Tow Bar.

Let me know how it goes. We pick up our 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara edition tomorrow. What braking system are you getting?

Just finished our first trip towing our new Sahara. Pulled it from NC to FL on Saturday.
Towed like a dream as expected and was an easy setup. Ended up getting a Blue Ox baseplate and using diodes on the lights. I kept my Brake Buddy Advantage and just slapped it in the Jeep.
The only issue I had was after arrival, getting the transfer case out of N and into 2WD. I had read on several forms that sometimes that can be a challenge.

Sometimes it can be, usually I may cycle the main transmission from P to N then take the 4WD transfer case into 2WD while in N.

"The only issue I had was after arrival, getting the transfer case out of N and into 2WD."
I suggest following jchet's procedure to avoid too much pressure on the transfer case lever. There is a high failure rate for a plastic bushing on the cable connecting the lever to the transfer case on model years after 2006.
