2014 Cherokee windshield
Ok had my windshield replaced today and discovered the secret that had been in front of me for 15 months. And I thought there was a blemish on the bottom middle of it.

And...? What is the secret? I have a blemish bottom, center, as well. If it is not a blemish, what is it? Thanks! \ken

It's possibaly the heating element for the windsheild wiper de-icer. I know the 2015 has that. I'm not sure what it looks like though.

Embedded in the black stripe that encircles the windshield glass is a small silhouette of a Jeep. It does appear to be a smudge or blemish of the black stripe until you look closely. It took a week of ownership of our 2015 Trailhawk until we figured out what the "blemish" actually was.

Very observant - I would describe it as a WWII jeep on a small hill, very cool

OMG! You are so right. I never noticed the small Jeep sitting on a hill. Just thought it was a bad sealing job on the windshield. One of the Jeep forums called these hidden little Jeeps "Easter Eggs" ... and there are apparently dozens and dozens of them scattered throughout the Cherokee. I have only found a few. Thanks for pointing this one out! /ken

Yes you are correct. If you look around the various Jeep vehicles they have placed things in various places on them. The Headlamps, steering wheel, so on and so forth.
don't get me wrong it took me about a week to realize that it was a 1941 Jeep on a hill also.
