2014 F 150 4x4

Anyone towing 2014 F150 4x4? Is there any thing special you need to do other than what is in the manual? Will be adding M&G braking system.

Thanks for the help.

We tow a 2013 F 150 and there were no changes in the engine or transmission for 2014, easy to set up turn the ign key on rotate the 4 WD knob 5 times in allotted time with the trans in N foot on brake and door shut then move the key to accessory. One other thing import thing is run a charge line from the coach chassis battery to the truck battery with a fuse on each end, there is a warning in the owners manual that warns no to let the battery run down while towing.

I just bought a 2012 F 150 and intended to buy a blue Ox bar and base plate. I also just looked at the roadmaster all terrain and the fact that the wires can be run thru a channel may save a wire or two. Having had to replace one before at a $100 price tag makes that a good feature. I'm wondering what you are using to tow the 2013?

Larry i use the Roadmaster all terrain tow bar and baseplate along with the quick connect cables and the Roadmaster Breakmaster toad brake sys, out F150 is over 5500 lb.
