That is some great quality control Roadmaster has. They must have hired a former Jayco QC person.

HI OP here with status report. Been a week now and no response from Roadmaster. Guess they are a "Sell It and Forget It" kind of company.

I guarantee they aren't although it is strange they haven't gotten back to you. Did you call the toll free number or email?
We live less than 10 miles from their HQ so I just drive over.

Not to long after I posted last status report here for all to see - they answered! IRV2 at work!
This was my question:
Just had 524438-5 installed by authorized dealer. As you can see in the attached picture there is a driver side pin alignment problem. Does this need to be fixed to ensure safe and trouble free towing?
This was their answer:
I have just spoke to the fabricator and states that yes it is a little on the crooked side, but since it is a bracket that utilizes the ends of the tow bar you will be fine using the bracket with no problem. Make sure to have the spring loaded retaining pins are seated in the locking channels for the removable arms into the receiver tubes of the mounting bracket. Hope this helps, good luck and have a great day.

So now I can say 2014 Fiesta Yes - well almost anyhow. I will use it as is.
