2014 Jeep Cherokee, odometer while towing?
I am looking at leasing a Trailhawk, removing the front recovery hooks and using those spots to attach a baseplate. Will I be accumulating miles on the odometer while flat towing? If so, that would be an additional 3000 miles per year against the allowable miles with no wear on the engine or tranny.

Jeep don't add mileage from flat towing. The old mechanical speedometers did, but the electronic don't.

Towed mine 3143 miles so far and no miles added to it.
