I am also towing a 2015 F-150 ECO 4x4 and it does not record mileage when being towed.

My 2015 ecoboost f150 does not record mileage while being towed. The last step in the tow setup is to press the start button to turn off the accessories which may stop miles from registering.

Are you locking the doors? If so, how are you locking, fob, door pad, key or manually pushing the door buttons down?

I did that last step. However, I locked the doors via the door key pad and when I arrived at new destination partial miles were recorded and the doors were unlocked.

When doing the last step, do not put your foot on the brake, just tap it with your finger. You will see the acc turn off. I lock it with the door pad.

Tap the start button not the brake with your finger. Sorry read it after reply and it sounded like you should tap the brake. 🙄
