I went to one of the local Ford dealers with hopes of road testing a Titanium Focus. He had none nor were they expecting any. I think they are afraid to sell them. He showed me a plasticized instruction card for service writers. Lots of BS suggestions to tell the customer with problems. Tell him the shudder is normal. Reprogram the computer and tell him all is good. If it needs parts send the customer away and tell him it will be 6 weeks. No wonder there is a class action law suit. Too bad. I liked the look and feel of the car. It gets great mileage. BTW: He is offering very low miles units with over $11,000 discount from a 2015. Obviously they do not hold their value. The retail market is flooded with 2014's.

Must be the luck of the draw. We are on number 3 with no problems on any of them. My wife put 120,000 miles on hers with no repairs, only tires, brakes, and oil changes, before trading it in for a Ford pick up she wanted. I put 15,000 miles on the 2014 SE I bought last October with no shifting problems before trading it in this spring for a 2015 SE hatch with a sunroof.
