2015 GMC 2500 hd

Anyone towing a new GMC 4X4 2500 HD with diesel and auto transfer case selector.
I asked a dealer ship if you can tow 4 down and he has not been able to confirm yet. I am looking at the Denali package and it appears not to have a neutral position on the selector.

I have a 2015 Silverado HD (same as GMC). The owners manual gives instructions on how to do it. You can download the manual from GM's site. Please note that it must be 4 wheel drive to tow all four down.

go4dsnow, does your Silverado have an electronic shift on the fly control. If so does it have a neutral?

I looked at one GMC 2500HD electronic selector that does not have a neutral position.

I found a 2015 GMC 2500HD Denali manual and you can get the transfer case with a neutral position. The vehicle is towable 4 down but you must disconnect the negative lead to the battery.
After you re-connect you have to re-set any pre-set settings. I hope that does not include all your radio settings?

Mine does not have a neutral. Not sure of the answer but would like to know. I guess I have to research it myself.

We had a Denali that was all wheel drive. Could not tow four down. Also had a a Suburban 4 wheel drive and the neutral position on the transfer switch was unmarked. I wonder if yours is a similar arrangement.
