2015 Honda Fit wiring and Fuses

The manual calls for three fuses to be removed. Under hood #21 Main backup. Under dash ACC Power Socket and ACC fuses.
Question: If I pull the ACC Socket fuse then how do I get power to the EVEN Brake system doing towing?
If I do not pull the ACC Socket is there other components wired to it?

I'm sure the instructions on my 2012 Fit say to pull fuses but instead, I added a ToadCharger system (LSL Products and RVi both make them). The ToadCharger and similar units take the 12V from the coach and keep the battery charged. No fuses need to be removed.

2015 manual shift is towable. Seats also fold flat.
