Like Betr2Trvl, I have over 20,000 towed miles on my Trailhawk. It has always towed perfectly. Don't have the kit, don't plan on getting it. Those with Trailhawks that I've talked to are a mixed bag; some had it installed and use it despite not having had any prior issues, some had it installed, but, don't use it and some like me and two others here, haven't ever had a problem and don't see a need for additional wiring, battery drain (although the battery issue isn't an issue as I already use a MH powered trickle charger while towing it), and the added hassle when hooking the Jeep up.
If you need the peace of mind, go ahead and have it installed, but, don't use it until you have a problem or go ahead and use it even though you haven't had an issue yet. Do get a battery maintainer/trickle charger powered by your MH as the whole premise of the kit is to keep the electric power steering system active and it is a huge load on the battery with the engine not running.
