2017 Chrysler Pacifica

Does anyone know if the 2017 chrysler pacifica with 9 spd auto is able to be towed 4 wheel down? The local dealer said they are unsure. If not do you know if it will fit on a acme ez tiw dolly? Thanks, and sorry if it is easy to find this info, but could not find in a google or forum search.

The owner's manual says it is not. Says on a dolly or trailer only.

I believe when I researched this earlier the answer was no for Remco lube pump if that helps. Not positive though.

Works for me

Tow dolly is the way to go. I use the Demco Kar Kaddy to pull my 2017 Pacifica. I looked into a trailer, but because of the weight of the vehicle (4300) I would be pushing the 5000 lb hitch weight limit. You can't tow 4 down in neutral according to the dealership. So tow dolly is really your best bet without upgrading the hitch.

Our owner's manual says to tow only with a tow dolly or trailer. We use a dolly. I checked with Remco a couple of months ago and they did not have a transmission lube pump.

Remco Transmission Pump - fit to other vehicles

This is a question to those of you who are auto mechanics: The list of vehicles that Remco puts out for its transmission pumps is rather limited. It seems to me that the concept would work on any vehicle, but Remco has not done the work to adapt it to other vehicles. Do you think it would be feasible to custom fit a Remco lube pump to an import or other vehicle that is not on Remco's list?

Same pump and set up for every vehicle, just about, right? What matters is how fluid is distributed inside tranny.
