38ft coach towing a 28ft enclosed trailer

We are new motor home owners. We need to get a hitch set up on our 38ft Holiday Rambler Monaco Endeavor to safely tow a 28ft enclosed race trailer. We towed trailer with a dually truck prior to motor home purchase.

I believe the max length in California for a combination is 65ft. You will be at least 66ft. Every state has it's own regulations but I remember some states only allow 60ft. I advise you do some research before you invest too much.
