Thanks for the info. I found several suitable diode in my 'diode bag'. Now all I have to do with the 4 pin harness is run the wire through the firewall, track the wires from the lights forward, and attach diodes and wires.

I found the right turn and left turn plus the license plate light and wired them with a diode each and the green , yellow and brown wires respectivelly.

There are two other wires inside the Nova on this connector plug where I found the above wires. One is a smaller gauge, and the other is larger gauge and white with a black strip.

Later I will take a 12 volt VCR battery (since my motorhome is not positioned right) and test the 4 pin connector to see if everything works.

What I need to know now is 'where do the tail lights come in?'. There were three wires (fourth went to negative post on battery). one each for RH and LH turn signals and one for the license plate light. Where is the wire for the tailights? Or are the tailights and the license plate light fed off the same line?

Then there is the US Gear Unified Braking System wire that goes to the toad brakes from the two wire lead I snaked through the RV to the front. I haven't looked at that yet.
