acme eze-tow

I am going to be purchasing an Acme EZE-tow dolly in the next
month or so. On their web site they are advertising paint blemished
deals. Has anyone purchased a paint blemished model and what
kind of blemishes are we talking about? Any discussion will be
greatly appreciated.

Well, I can tell you that after some time the paint gets beat up. As a matter of fact, I just finished touching mine up with Rustoleum primer followed by gloss black. Keep up this maintenance as an annual upkeep.

Can they send you a photo of what they mean by blemished?

I just finished another 5,000 trip with mine. I pressure wash it, check the brakes, and touch up the paint with a trusty can of Rustolium.

It won't do MACH 2, but I can get a sandwich and take a pee.

I purchased one. When I received it I could not tell it had any blemishes. If so I did not notice it.

I want to thank the three of you for your replies.
Although I understand about the damage pulling
a dolly behind another vehicle, but I was afraid it
may have blistering or something similar to cause
massive peeling or other such damage. I have been
following the threads on the EZE dolly and everyone
seems satisfied that it is a quality product. Thanks
again for the responses.
