Sounds like it can once I properly install everything. Will send pics once I get both hooked up for the first time. I take possession of the MH next week

Oops, I didn't mention that the Air Force One is for coaches with air brakes. It's an awesome system but not designed if you have hydraulics. I'm not sure what year your Hurricane is as far as hitch rating? I know the newer ones are rated at 8k pounds so you'd be fine. My F 150 weighs in at about 5300lbs but it has lots of toys to add to its bulk.

I'm on my first big trip with it now and love it! I've crossed the Rockies twice and it tows great. Easiest thing in the world to get ready. Takes less than 30 seconds.

Just curious if you mounted the AF1 like I did when I transferred from my 04 Grand Cherokee to 2015 F150 with 3.5 EB? (Pics at start of thread)

Yep... that is exactly the same place. Interesting that we both chose the same location without knowing what either did

Just wondering if anyone has installed the Demco base plate on a F-150. I just bought a used 2014 4X4 and found out it can be towed 4 down. So looking to [Mod Edit] tow the F-150 & not the Edge.
Demco base plate on eBay for the F-150 @ $338.00
ReadyBrute Elite on ebay for $1,175

While I can't speak to the Demco base plate, I can say the Blue Ox base plate was very easy to install...it just replaces the factory tow hooks (you have to drill a couple of holes for extra bolts, but that's easy). From the picture of the Demco (for your F150), I'd think the Blue Ox version would look better, as it's only two small things sticking out as opposed to one long bar.

So why do you need to replace the gavtoru tow hooks? Are they not suitable for flat towing?

Blue OX base plate BX2671 fits my 2014 F150 Platinum. On eBay that # looks alot like the Demco plate. Has the bar across. On Blue OX site shows no bar.

Blue Ox BX2671 Tow Bar Base Plate Fits 17 F-150 | eBay
Yet if I look what it fits it doesn't show it's for mine on ebay.

On Blue OX site for instructions the BX2671 shows like you said no bar across. I'm big time confused.

I have the Roadmaster base plates and installed them myself. They also replace the factory tow hooks. They did not require drilling other holes. A little tricky to get some of the nuts in place but not too bad. When the cross bar is not installed for towing you can barely see brackets. I think either Roadmaster or Blue Ox have great options. I just don't know about Demco.

There is no bar on the Blue Ox on my 2017 F150...just two thingys that replace the factory tow hooks. The picture on eBay might be incorrect...it was incorrect on Amazon when I ordered mine, but I called Blue Ox to confirm (they are nice to talk to and very willing to help...call them before ordering).

EDIT: I just called Blue Ox, and the BX2671 should be the correct base plate for your 2104...and it is definitely TWO pieces, not ONE bar.

The additional two holes are so that you have four bolts for each side. Four is better than two I guess, but the holes were easy to drill. I just followed the instructions. I think the factory tow hooks would not really be meant for continuous flat towing, so perhaps Blue Ox decided "more is better."

None of the popular tow bars (at least that I've seen) attach to factory tow hooks, which are probably not meant for continuous flat towing (and they are so nice and shiney). Plus, I've seen different "tow hooks" on different trucks...so not being a standard it would be hard for tow bars to have a reliable universal connection.
