Another Ford Towable???

Looking at the morning paper there was an ad by a Mazda dealer for a CX-7 that looks just like the Edge.
I've been semi shopping for a new toad and while out stopped by the Mazda/Ford place but didn't have a lot of time. They had a CX-7 sitting out front but is a Turbo 4cyl. Sitting next to it was the CX-9. Now just on appearances and what the brochure says this could be a serious toad. Really nice looking and has the same engine and tranny as the Edge&TaurusX as per the sales folks, not from the Service Mgr. Seating for 6or7,. Has any looked at this car? Priced in the high 20s to low 30s.
Blue Ox doesn't have any requests for baseplates for this SUV.
Maybe a new chip in the game?

Probably told you wrong on the towability of this car. As per Mazda it is "NOT" towable 4 wheels down. Had some conflicting info from their phone Customer Service group vs their online group that does the same thing.
