Anybody tow a dodge nitro

We are looking for a toad. Does anyone have experience good or bad with dodge nitro? Thanks

The nitro is Dodge's version of the Jeep liberty. The same requirements that apply to the Jeep will also apply to the nitro. It will either need to be 4 wheel drive or you will have to use a driveshaft disconnect. Other than that 4 down for 4x4 will require tow bar, base plates, tail light wiring and a supplemental brake system. A 4x2 will require a driveshaft disconnect for 4 down or can be dolly towed. Even with a dolly you will need a disconnect for the 4x2 but a dolly will have electric brakes or surge brakes already on the dolly as well as lights.
