When the jeep is pulling the trailer with 2 bikes weight is about 7,000. Trailer is apx. 6,000 bikes apx 2,000 and Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel apx. 6,000.
Unfortunately this trailer was made by a gentleman in Lake Havasu. This is the third one he made for his personal use so we got lucky. A double stacker enclosed would do the same thing but cost around $40,000. This one cost $12,000 Also hard to find a 20ft stacker so with coach at 45 and trailer at 20 we will be legal in most states.
I very much appreciate your getting back here with all the specs on the trailer, toad and bike weights. That's impressive, for sure. 14K weight huh? I'm afraid our little C-7 330HP CAT would have a hernia if I hooked that much up to it. But, I do like the mechanics of it though. Very nice.
