On my 2012 Grand Cherokee I use a US Gear System and on my 2005 Wrangler I am installing a Roadmaster Invisibrake system. Both at "permanent" systems that do require the drilling a couple holes in your vehicle.

NSA readybrute elite tow bar with ready brake with Blue ox clevis. On my 2012 JK Rubicon I spent a little more money on a really nice front bumper by Rock Hard Industries [instead of a unsightly baseplate] it's the only aftermarket bumper that I could find that has a clevis receiver option that matches Blue Ox or any major brand of tow bar. It bolts thru it an thru the frame for a solid connection.
