Auxiliary Brake for Jeep Liberty?
I was going to install a EVEN BRAKE on my Jeep Liberty.
Now I am uncertain if that would be a good move.
What are you using on yours?

I use the Roadmaster Brakemaster pneumatic system. My coach was already set up for an air brake so I went ahead installed in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It does a good job and is easy to put in & take out. We can usually hookup, put the Jeep in Neutral, install the brake, test in ~5 minutes.

I don't have air brakes.I will be looking at Road Master products but I'm really not sure what to use.
Of course cost and ease of installation are factors.

If you are specifically asking for opinions from Liberty owners, I can't help you. A search of this forum for the word "Liberty" should give you some useful information.
The decision points usually come down to these:
1) Will it fit?
2) Does it work?
3) Is it reliable?
4) Is it easy to use?
We chose the SMI Stay-in-Play Duo for our toad.

X2 for the SMI Stay N Play Duo. It worked flawlessly and was a breeze to use.

Take a look at RVI Brake2 it's remote and looks like it would be easy to install, when needed. Dave

I am trying to locate a dealer in Canada.
What would I expect to pay?

I bought my unit over the Internet, from etrailer. Here's a link to the product Web page.
I can't help with dealers in Canada. Perhaps you can call SMI for guidance.

Picked up a used Roadmaster Brake Pro for $210 plus shipping on eBay. Seems to work just fine.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the brake system for our Wrangler, and moved away from what my dealer recommended, which was a "brake-in-the-box" pod system. While these can easily be moved from car to car, it pushes on an "inactive" brake pedal with quite a bit of force. These use an accelerometer to sense deceleration, which activates the piston.
You should take a look at SMI's Stay-In-Play Duo system. I chose their Air Force One brake because our coach has air brakes, but would have otherwise gone with the Duo. It is "Duo" because braking requires input from both its accelerometer and braking light input from the coach. The installation is a bit more involved than the pod systems, but I like the way it was designed to work.
