Ball seized on Blueox Aventa LX

I took the maintenance instructions seriously and didn't lubricate the ball, now it is seized. Has anyone else had this happen and is there an easy fix?

Wow, here is a surprised consumer. I wrote to Blueox, then I posted here, and about 5 minutes after I wrote to them I got this reply:

You are correct we do not recommend spaying any lubricant on the towbars. However, a good secret is mixing dawn dish soap with warm water and pouring that over the ball joint on the towbar. The water will evaporate and then the soap is used as a lubricant. How long have you had your towbar? Also, may I please get your street address so I can put you in our system. Thanks and have a great night!

I've also had great experiences with Blue Ox. Their customer service is second to none. I've used the soapy water trick, it works.
