Base Plates or Mounting Brackets?

Getting ready to tow a 2012 Wrangler. The MH came with Falcon II arms and tow bar. I need what bolts on to the jeep. Is mounting brackets and base plates the same thing? Roadmaster calls them mounting brackets and others call them base plates.

Thanks
Rich
