Baseplate installation on Grand Cherokee

In the process of reinstalling the entire front facia back on my 2018 Grand Cherokee (hopefully today) and was looking for instructions/tips/videos of reinstallation. Wish I found this info which I believe is all that's needed to be removed (along with skid plate and air dam) to install a baseplate. Hope this helps others.

Also note that Demco needs to update their instructions for late model GCs. W/O watching the videos of the Roadmaster base plate installations, I wouldn't have been able to do it....

Watch some of the videos on etrailer.com, although they typically spend more time on removal than re installation of the bumper cover.

This is a great link to have when you need to get behind some trim in a JGC. I realize you wanted bumper but this link is invaluable
Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 - Interior trim removal

On my '08 Overland it was like 8 push pins and a couple screws and the whole front "fascia" (Grill and bumper) was off - I was amazed.

Thanks for the responses. Was able to reinstall the front facia w/o any issues. Glad that my diode wiring, brake setup and baseplate are now all done!
