Best Installer for Toad
I am probably getting a Wrangler. I would like to get wiring, baseplate Blue ox and possibly an airforce one or B & G break system installed. I really would like to find someone in the south east that has done quite a few of these. Do not mind traveling to get it done right. Does anyone have a good suggestion. I am currently in Florida and heading to Red Bay for some Tiffin work.

Lazy days did my full install n my CRV, Blue Ox base plate, light wiring, charge line, an SMI Stay-in-Play, I had a gasser at the time. They did a very good job. I do not know if they will install if you did not purchase an RV from them, you would have to call to find out.

I had my SMI installed by Camping Connection Kissimmee Fl. I would recommend them as they did an excellent job for me.

Camping World has their $39 installation special, may be applicable.
If you are planning to install a aftermarket front bumper you can forego the base plate and tow from brackets on the bumper. Usually cheaper and easier to install.

I tried that route earlier this year. Their quote with the 'installation discount' was still way higher than need be. They hit me with a 2800 dollar quote for the Roadmaster base plate, braking and Falcon All Terrain. They then said that I would save over a grand on installation. BS. I bought the same gear brand new on line for around 1700. I did the install myself using vehicle specific Roadmaster instructions and you tube videos. Well worth my time in that I saved a ton of money and I now know the ins and outs of my towing and braking system. Unlike the Demco and Blue Ox alternatives for my particular vehicle, there was no drilling required to mount the base plate.

phinneyj,
Just speaking for myself, I had a base plate and tail light wiring done on my Equinox, and even though the base plate was $50 higher at Camping World, the install was only $29. The regular install for that is about 3-4 hours, so most places would be at least $200 minimum, probably more.
I guess it depends on whether you want to do it yourself, or have someone do it. I'm kind of new at this, so I didn't want to do the base plate myself.

The entire package I was looking at at CW included Towbar, Baseplate, Cables, Wiring, Brake system, Break away system and a parts package. My quote was based on purchasing everything needed for towing and installation at the discount. The saved labor costs was quoted at a grand.
I am not a mechanic, but I stayed at a Holiday Inn once. If you have a modicum of mechanical skill and a buddy it is easy to do in a weekend.
