HERE is a link to the Roadmaster diode that Camping World sells. They also have a two-pack. Probably a lot more expensive than what you would find at an electronics supply store, but I found these are easy to install and quite weatherproof (if you protect the connector).

Not sure where to get 15 amp diodes but are you sure you need that high of a current rating? The diodes that Blue Ox offers are only rated at 6 amps.

I used the 3 amp diodes from Radio Shack when I wired my Jeep Wrangler to tow behind my pickup truck. They've been on there over 2 years and haven't failed yet.

I putting in a U S Gear toad brake and the mfr. says to use a 15amp diode, so that's all I know about it. I'm wondering if an auto parts store has these?

I was thinking tail and stop lamps, sorry for the bad answer.

I 'Googled' and found a 40 amp diode on All Electronics Corp website, not sure if you want to go that high though. Didn't get much on 15 amps.

Have you asked US Gear if they have it?

I called them at closing time and they said to use a "standard" blocking diode. I didn't think to ask more, but only later found this animal isn't available at R. Shack, etc. like I had thought. Roadmaster has this product and I see it on the US Gear website where the instructions are shown. So I guess it's off to Camping World or maybe a U-haul dealer that carries Roadmaster.

You could use multiple diodes in parallel to reduce the amps in each diode to whatever their rating is.
