Blue OX

I just purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that has a Blue OX base plate installed. This base plate has the removable tabs, my tow bar is a Blue OX Aladdin that has three fingers on the end, will my tow bar work with the removable tabs?

Curious as to why you would think that it wouldn't. The parts should all fit together.

What do those "removable tabs" look like? Unless the base plate has one of the adapters for another tow bar brand, e.g. Roadmaster or Demco, it should fit your Alladin perfectly. The center "finger" goes into the slot in the tab and the outer fingers rest on either side. Just slide the retaining pin in.

My Blue Ox plates are removable as well, but they are still designed to fit all Blue Ox tow bars.

Charleston is a VERY old city and not all of it is above sea level plus we have had more rain by far than normal.

My bad, at the time I had not received the "tabs" and was not sure what they looked like, I just jumped a head of myself. Thanks to everyone for your help.
