Well, my opinion is that we're talking about $1.00 worth of letter stickers that I would guess are outsourced by Blue Ox. That some of the letters had some bad adhesive and are falling off is not indicative of a bad product on Blue Ox's part.
If that were the case, then everyone of us would be returning our rigs for sloppy workmenship, parts coming loose or falling off, leaks, missing trim, missing fasteners, ect.
So the letters fall off. Trust me, that is not going to ruin my trip, and, seriously, I'm not going to worry about "the dreaded campground tow bar inspectors" gigging me for not having the proper lettering on my bars.
I would put the letters falling off so far down on my list of things to be worried/pissed about that it wouldn't even register on my "oh sh-t" meter.
