Blue Ox Base Plate install on 2010 Honda Civic

I installed a Blue Ox baseplate on my 2010 Honda Civic. I have attached some pictures of the process. Not terribly hard but not easy either. Our maiden voyage will be this weekend. I will let you know how it goes.

How did your voyage go? Usually takes three or four hook-ups to get the most efficent process down. I'll suggest using a real paper checklist every time, one "forgot it" can be so expensive.

We had a good trip. Drove a little over 300 miles round trip. Everything went well except I need a new battery. Had the jump the car twice. My battery is a little over 5 years old so it is due. The car pulled nice and my hook up and un hook procedure worked and I only had to modify it a little. I did use magnetic lights on the car and while it is OK for now I am going to tire of running those wires every time.
