Looking for recommendations for installers in Austin. North Austin preferred, but will go wherever as needed.

Thanks!

I bought my M/H @ Crestview, in Buda. They have been real good about service. I don't know of anyone else in that area, but Pro-tech in Seguine is good.

Just my 2 cents worth....

Depending on the towed vehicle the baseplate installation can be very simple. (In fact that is one of my criteria for choosing a towed.) I have done at least 3-4 myself over the last 15 years. None took more than a few hours. You can download the installation instructions for your particular towed off the Blue Ox website. I have found their instructions to be very comprehensive.

Perhaps a call to Blue Ox would result in them recommending an installer in your area.

Crestview opened a location north of Round Rock on I35. But I see you got the job done by a hitch shop which for sure had a shorter wait than Crestview. I did my baseplate myself and due to poor instructions and it being my 1st base plate it took me 4 hours.

It was a week or so for the parts to come in once ordered, then less than a week until the install. It took Randy 4 or 5 hours to do it, but that also included installing the light kit in the Enclave.

Turns out he's done a bunch of Enclaves lately, and his next two are on hold waiting for Blue Ox to do another batch of base plates. They're out of stock on the Enclave model right now.
