My Blue Ox brake system air compressor will not shut off. Any suggestions how to make it shut off and cycle. I have it set to shut off and cycle at 80 PSI. Raising or lowering the setting does nothing

The usual reason for this is that the system is not holding air pressure, i.e. there is an air leak somewhere. It could be a failed pressure sensor, but that is pretty rare.

Have you checked to make sure you breakaway switch is properly seated. If so, I would then check to see that the wire going to the back of your break pedal is properly tightened. I had mine loosen up. Also check that the wire pully is properly set.

Thanks for the replys. The unit will continually run and when the test button is pushed will not return, Like a break away situation. The break away was mot hooked up at the time.

Will be sending it back to Blue Ox on a RMA after speaking with them
