Blue Ox BRK4000 BrakeSafe

Does anyone have or know information about the Blue Ox BRK4000 BrakeSafe System?

I am converting a new tow. Blue Ox is installing base plate and electrical. They have this BRK4000 BrakeSafe System. I do not know anything about it. I have always used Air Force One and coach is currently configured for Air Force One.

Any info will be appreciated
