Not sure, but it definitely turns harder than the Fusion. I will be checking it more closely when I get the new tow bar.

In my mind, I can see where having a toad where the front wheels are not making the turn fast enough would put a tremendous strain on one of the arms. That coupled with a the arms being wider apart spells trouble.

Curious, is your F150 a 4x4?

Has longer legs so they claim it will help the turning radius. Best price I found was from RV Upgrades $787 with $150 trade in. About $200 cheaper than Blue Ox. I hope the longer legs will work on the f 150. I like driving it better than my wife's Fusion. Has anyone else had a problem with towing the F 150? It has electric power steering and is very hard to turn the wheel with the switch off.
I use the Blue Ox Aventa LX 10,000 tow bar and the Roadmaster tow brackets and never had a problem on tight turns in 4 yrs of towing our 13 F150.

Bigd9, Yes it is a 2013 Platinum 4 wheel drive. Very easy to disconnect transmission and differentials.

Walt, do you have the tow bar pulled out as far as it will go? I had mine all the way in the receiver as far as it would go to keep every thing shorter. I could have pulled it out about 8" if I had thought that was going to be a problem.I am hoping the longer bar will help the turning radius.
Also, I read somewhere that people were seeing more wear on the edges of the front tires due to the stiff turning. Have you noticed any wear on yours?

Thank you all for the data, going to push the 5/8 hitch pin, out to the furthest extension. May even get extension to hitch.
