In June, I will pick up a Dutch Star DP. My toad will be a 2004 Malibu. I'd like to protect it as best I can and think the Blue Ox 'Underskirt' has some unique features. My problem is: will the exhaust from the DSDP 'melt' the 'underskirt'? Is anyone out there with a DP using this to protect their toad and if so, what are your impressions?
Thanks

I wanted to buy one but found my exhaust in my DP would melt the skirt. I have heard of folks cutting out a 2 sq ft area wwhere their exhaust comes out so it doesn't blow on the skirt.

I seen on there web site that they have a Kevlar Exhaust Shield to help with the problem. You could give them a call.
