Brake Buddy battery problem(Auto)

We tow a Saturn Vue 2006 4 wheels down. Auto lights on after dark. When we keep towing after dark all the lights come on killing the battery. anyone else have a simalar problem ??whats the solution ?

5. Locate and remove the large IGN fuse from the
underhood fuse block. This item from your manual should stop the auto lights.

Thanks George but we do that...It has been suggested to also remove the Battery fuse...I will try that and hope that works, Many Thanks..CoEd

We added a hot line from the MH to the toad. Now the MH powers everythinng and we don't disconnect anything. More importantly we don't worry! ed

I added the hot line to a trickle charger that was removed from a trailer with electric brakes and permanantly wired it to the Toad.
