Our 8 year old BB will not actuate with the test button or under normal usage. The breakaway switch will activate it. It pumps up and holds air just fine. I'd like to repair it myself if possible, anyone else have this happen? Any DIY repair tips?

Thanks in advance,
Paul

I have a BB and during my trip this past winter, the actuator quit working. Although it was out of warranty, I called the company, and they had me ship it to them. They repaired it, at no cost, and it is working fine. They do stand behind thier product. My advise is to call them and see what they say. I feel that having my supplemental braking working properly is worth what it might have cost me to have it looked at by professionals. It turned out, they are nice people, just ask them. Good Luck.

On our last trip to Oregon my 3 year old B/B quit working (compressor would not shut off). I contacted B/B and they had me do some trouble shooting and finally had me ship it to them. They totally rebuilt it at a cost of $250 or offered me a new one for $450. I was well satisfied with their service.
