The air cylinder fills when I plug in BB but won't discharge when I push test button. Can I fix this?

Welcome to the forum Trish! I'm not sure what could be causing your problem but I've dealt with BB tech support before and they're great so just give them a call.

Ditto on that. When I called them they asked me if I had the black and white wires reversed. "Of course not"!! Until I looked.

Paint the transmitter white around the plug into which the wite wire should go.
Helps us old blind drivers find the right hole.
