There continues to be many documented cases where a break away made a difference. A vehicle that becomes disconnected from its tow can be a 3000 pound hazard if not brought to a stop quickly.

To be honest,I only use my even brake for the brake away feature.I agree with driver,being that my even brake is basicly the same monster as the bb.I had a lockup doing 60 mph .My car felt like a covered wagon after that because of the flat spots on the tires

.I leave my eb on the low pressure setting. Also my indicator light seems to be to far away from the head unit,it works sometimes.When I bring it into the toad and plug it in and run the test it works all the time.They probably designed them with a 20' MH.
