This is not about which toad braking is the best, but great customer service! My BrakeBuddy is 4 years old & I have had trouble with it for a couple of years! After sitting for a few months it would not build up air pressure. After playing with it, it would always start working & would work great through the whole trip!
But last Nov. 1 when getting ready for our winter trip to the southwest, it would not build up pressure no matter what I did! I had checked it a few days earlier & had gotten it too work! This is late afternoon & we were going to leave early the next morning! I called BrakeBuddy in a panic! Roger at BrakeBuddy said he would overnight me a loaner & I could use it until I was somewhere long enough to send mine in for repair. My BrakeBuddy was out of warranty, the cost to me was zero to me!! The BrakeBuddy was there the next morning & we were on our way. I sent mine in for repair after I got to New Mexico. they said to keep the loaner until I got mine back. It cost $25 to fix mine & when they sent mine back, inside was UPS return label to send the loaner back!
In this day of manufactures trying to duck out of warranties, here is one going above & beyond!! I just can't give BRAKEBUDDY & Roger enough praise!!
