Question Brakemaster Missing Parts

Hello, I recently bought a second hand Blue-Ox tow frame which came with a Brakemaster 9000. I have an air line, electrical cable, seat bracket and a bracket with air line and electrical connections. I would like to know what else I need to be able to hook up to my DP.

I do not own one but I saw on trailer.com where there is a kit for that 9000 model which probably has all the parts you are looking for. the kit is for a second vehicle.

Brakemaster Missing Parts

Hello, thanks for the input. Can you please explain what you mean by saying that the 9000 is for a second vehicle.

the website I looked at is trailer.com where it has a KIT for the 9000 model. They said it is a kit for a second vehicle that you want to tow. So the parts you are missing may be in the KIT since the parts you do have came with the Brakemaster you bought. Or maybe for to the brakemaster website. Good luck with it.

This page has everything you need to hook up a Brakemaster in virtually any combination of coach and towed vehicle. eTrailer Brakemaster Stuff

While your at it you should have the manual for the Brakemaster. Get it here: Brakemaster By Roadmaster

You probaly have the Roadmaster Brakemaster mod 9100 without the breakaway kit ! Click on the instructions on the 9100 or 9160 to see how to hook up and what you are missing, the breakaway is a good audition to the 9100 but a little expensive for what you get. You can build one by buying a Mac valve model 35A-AAA-DDBA-1BA at about $30 and a small tank and a few brass ftg.
