Camping World Base Plate Install Nightmare

Just had a Roadmaster Sterling tow bar and base plate installed on my American Eagle Coach and 2010 Jeep Liberty. Not pleased with installation and was refunded labor charges after Store Manager saw this photo of the jeeps sway bar. I thought I would pick a retailer that had warranty locations I could use across the US. I was wrong, almost dead wrong!

Camping World worked on my Dynasty. Changed the Oil,Lubed,Gen and Filter change. DID A WIPE DOWN nothing more, Oil in the Genset and engine was as dirty as before. Grease fittings were untouched. They did not even wipe down the Gen filter. When I confronted them they denied until I had the Service Manager and assistant crawl underneath. They refunded my money saying the Tech must have forgotten. Do a search on my posts from 2009 I explained it all including the response from Marc LeMoines CEO.
Run away do not drive slowly. I was lucky I checked after the finished, I wonder how many have been RIPPED OFF! This was at the Indy location.

I would not let them touch anything related to the chassis on any rv or car/truck. With some of the workmanship I've seen from them I stay clear.

I had the same tow bar and base plate installed by CW on my coach and toad. It took three trips there for them to get it right. After six months I decided it was probably an anomaly so I purchased a satellite dish and had them install it. I had to pay a guy in Tucson to straighten that one out. Moral of the story . . . don't be a guy that goes back to CW.

I made the mistake of allowing CW to touch my MH two times. They will NEVER lay a hand on it again.

They installed the Even Brake in my Explorer. Driver door window stopped working. They had run a screw through the wiring when they attached the transmitter in the side kick plate. It was mounted to a plastic cover that is 1/8" thick with a screw that was 1 1/2" long.

We had them replace a 400w inverter with a 2,500 watt one. They didn't split the circuits or even wire in the charging circuit. I could run both heat pumps and the refer on the inverter and batteries (but only for a very short time!).
I assumed they knew how to wire stuff correctly but I was wrong! We traded the rig off before I finished cleaning it all up.

I had CW install an awning. The original one had been damaged and removed by the original owner. I asked them ti wire it into the original switch. They charged me $20 for a new switch, left the original and wired it directly to the house battery.

They claimed the original switch was bad. No feason they cut a new hole. I have tested the original switch and it works fine. I just chalked it upnto bad luck and a miss understanding. They did squeeze me in before a trip i had planned. I guess i am too understanding.
