Can a 2013 Volvo S60 be flat towed?

Can a 2013 Volvo S60 be flat towed?
There seems to be a shortage of available information on this. Volvo isn't even listed in the normal towing literature. Dr. Google didn't even have an answer, and neither did Blue Ox. They stop at Volkswagen.
I just downloaded the owner's manual. I'll go through that too. But if anyone has any info I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Don

Update. I found and downloaded the owner's manual (This was for a friend and I didn't have access to the manual). Looked it up in the manual and towing the vehicle other than in an emergency isn't even addressed. I guess that's my answer. Further, towing four down in an emergency should be limited to 50 miles at a speed no greater than 50mph. I guess we can close this thread. Thanks for the help everybody, I believe I have my answer.
Thread can be closed unless someone has information to the contrary.

My first inquiry is the Blue Ox and Roadmaster websites. Even if the car is towable 4 down you aren't going anywhere if you can't get a baseplate for it.

Glad you answered your own question, I was going to suggest YOU fill in a shortage of information about the car. Is the Volvo all wheel drive? Automatic or manual transmission? Those are important facts to know in determining tow-ability. Also as has been said, if a base plate isn't available, it pretty much answers the question.

All of the info I had at the time was posted. The plan was to update as I got more information. Since I got my answer I didn't put any more in the thread. But thanks for your input.
