Can You Tow a 2004 Toyota Sequoia 2 WD?

I am thinking not, but figured I'd ask.

There's a list of Toyotas that the company ( per this dealer site ) considers toad-appropriate at this link

The Sequoia's not on it, and the following language appears re. all Toyota's bigger trucks etc:
Rear-wheel-drive Toyotas and four-wheel-drive Toyotas cannot be “dinghy towed”. This means Toyota trucks, SUV’s, Matrix AWD, and RAV4 4WD are not recommended dinghy vehicles….
