I don't believe so, the towbar is "relatively" universal (can hook up to ANY Blue Ox base plate), but the base plates are car model/year specific. If you are a DIY type, you'll have to get 'em seperate, call Blue Ox. If not, find a good Blue Ox dealer, as I did, and they will take care of the whole thing, base plate, tow bar, toad wiring and brake install, so that is a kinda kit, but not the cheapest way to go.

You've got five authorized Blue Ox dealers in Vegas. Take your pick. Tell them what your toad will be, drop it off and pick it up all done. They will want you to pick it up with the MH so that they can run through the process of hooking it up and unhooking it.

You may need a riser/drop connection on your hitch to level up the tow bar. They'll take care of that also.

We bought a 08 HHR panel found one with 40k miles on it... installed blue ox base plate PITA to instal have someone do it unless you have a shop with lift.. I haven't towed yet..

fast forward.... I now have 2 hhr's
I was looking for a tow bar...this one came with the hhr hooked to it

the lady I got it from turned the key to the on position???

should it be in acc.???

also with the #8 fuse removed ... it will still start...

also she said it used to get a dead battery, so they had a charge wire installed....

maybe because the key was on current drawing to the ecm????

It disconnects the #8 fuse . Much easier than pulling that fuse each time which the manual calls for.

The manual says to pull fuse #8 while towing. You can do that or put in a switch to disable that fuse while towing.
