Cool Choosing a toad cuz of color??

Just wondering?? I will be in the market for my first toad(4 down) and I was wondering how many of you guys choose the make and model first and then color or do you look to match the color of your rig and see which models have a that color??

I'm looking at the CRV's(like the 06 style), Edge, and the Forester......your suggestions??

Thanks

Ha!HA! - PixGuy, you are asking the wrong people. Now I am going to go out on a limb here and ASSUME you are married or have a traveling partner. There are two ways to go about this. One, get them in a real good mood and show them what YOU want. Two, you had better ask them what color they want. We have a color scheme that is called "granite." It is primarily black with silver swirls and a sort of maroon swirl. I was given strick orders - no black car. I could buy one that was silver or maroon. Well, I got my way - I chose silver.

Smart man, ain't I?

All I can say is that it better be white, silver or gray ...no matter what the vehicle is!! (CRV! )

I pick the car based on towability, DW picks the color!

We picked a color we liked to drive, not one that matched the coach.

Car is silver, coach is black & beige and gold.

Yes I do travel with a DW who wants a particular car and I want to make sure it matches...... I guess we'll have to negotiate this as most things we do!!

Actually got the toad before the coach. Fortunately, I'm color blind so every color matches! Coach is brownish with some gold trim. Vue is bright red.

We tow a yellow Jeep Rubicon usually covered in mud and our RV is brown. My wife was more concerned about the air lockers working properly on the Rubi than its color.

She loves to do extreme off-roading in Moab. Her favorite trail is Hell's Revenge.

We use the Rubi as a daily driver and keep a highly modified Jeep XJ in Prescott for the trails in the area and an annual trip to Moab (on Hell's Revenge in the photo).

DW doesn't drive and doesn't much care as long as I get her were she wants to go. I decided I wanted a CRV and found one I liked and it happened to match th coach.

We decided we wanted a Honda Odyssey due to being able to be towed 4-down with no alterations AND having the required space in the rear to hold my recumbent bicycles w/o having to remove a seat (3rd seat folds flat into floor). THEN, we looked for a gold one to somewhat match our coach...

I say, what is more important to you when buying a pair of shoes,
the way they fit or their color.

There is one thing to keep in mind. If you buy a vehicle based on drive-ability for your taste, there is always Earl Scheib paint to match the color for the "other's" taste.
