CoolTech Umbilical pin assignment needed.
CoolTech uses a 4 pin umbilical but I don't have the wiring diagram or color assignment for the female receptacle on the toad. So, to be clear, I'm looking for the harness wire colors for each of the four pins.
Can someone please help? CoolTech just won't return call.

Glad you're aboard. There are a few threads on this subject. Type Coo Tch in the google search box on the tool bar above and leave it set to IRV2. Bet there is an answer for your question there. Best of luck in finding the needed info. Enjoy your adventures and be safe.

There's a lot of 7/6/4 pin wiring posts on this thread. Hopefully there's an answer in it for you.

Thanks Clifftall, I drilled down enough to find this post, which looks like something to try.

Update: I tried every pin configuration I could, but I could not get the toad (Jeep JK) lights to mimic the tow vehicle (4Runner).
Now one issue I've been having on the toad is that the left tail light would blow it's 15a fuse with the CoolTech wiring harness in place. I'm thinking this may be why I can't get the umbilical to work.
Once I disconnected the CoolTech harness, no blown fuse. Must be a hot-to-ground somewhere....this is a PITA.

Seems like you could draw up your own diagram. A little testing will show which function is on which pin as it comes from the motor home. Maybe running lights are on pin 1, left turn on pin 2, right turn on pin 3, ground on pin 4.
Then just determine what your jeep needs and connect accordingly.

Thanks, and that's what I'm going to do when I get time. I think the harness has a ground somewhere so I'll have to trace that out first. It'll take a day to figure this out with the multimeter (I'm slow).
Thanks again for the responses.
