Correct bulbs for CRV

I am wanting to upgrade the brakes light bulbs on my 2009 CVR.

What is the 'standard' bulb numbers? (non-LED)

Which supplies of LED's do you like?

Any tips how to get the plastic lens covers off?

Thanks!

I assume that its commonly found at Auto Zone, etc?

Happen to know what the LED equivalent part # might be?

My stock brakes lights on the towed CRV are weak in the daylight.

Thanks
